LET THE BIDDING COMMENCE!
2020 was supposed to be the year of Erik’s first ever one-man show of his paintings. Like everything else last year, it was postponed. The show will happen eventually, but it still isn’t the right time. This needs to be a full-on party, cocktails-in-hand, maskless, crowd-in-the-patrons kind of shindig.
Thanks to the other downtime of 2020, the amount of art has really started to fill up his studio space, the haberdashery and every other place he can stack these canvases. It’s time for something new and fun and it’s definitely time to get some of these paintings into the hands and homes of those who love art. This special auction of 6 of Erik’s pieces that were going to be in the show (one from the end of 2019 and the rest from 2020) will be a fun and unique way to distract Erik from the fact that no one wants to buy clothing these days!
The auction begins on May 1, 2021, at 10:00 am and ends on May 6 at 6:00 pm. Winning bidders can either pick up paintings in Sandusky or can have them shipped anywhere in the USA (shipping cost is additional and will be arranged after the auction is completed). All six of these works are on view in Erik’s Clothing in Sandusky, Ohio, if you would like to see them in person!
